We get it, running can be intimidating. That’s why we created Precision Run. We wanted the benefits of indoor running to be accessible to runners and haters alike. We obsess over the small stuff so you don’t have to. Read on for all you need to know to crush your first run.

Find Your PR

Precision Run is built around your personal record, aka your PR. This is the fastest speed in miles per hour that you can maintain for 1 minute. Don’t sweat how fast it is now—your first PR is a great way to track your progress. Get to the studio 5 minutes early for a 2-3-minute self-led digital experience on the treadmill that will help you find yours.

Befriend Your Tread

Part of creating the future of indoor running means recreating the traditional treadmill experience. Our treadmill has a bunch of sweet shortcuts to help your interval transitions. Keep an eye out for the keys that take you to your PR, recovery speed, and suggested interval speeds.
